1. Data controller
The data controller is High-Tech Digital Modules s.r.o., Company ID 09368124, VAT ID CZ09368124, with its registered office at Zámecká 1936/18, Moravská Ostrava, 702 00 Ostrava, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Ostrava under file No. C 82883 (the "controller"). The controller operates the website terrapix.eu under the Terrapix brand.

2. What personal data we process
We obtain personal data exclusively from you, through the forms on this website:
- Inquiry form: first and last name, email address (required), phone number, your message and optionally up to 5 photos of your venue.
- Demo booking: name, phone number, email address (required) and a preferred date.
- Question form: name, email address (required), your question and optionally photos.
- ROI calculator: only an email address, to which we send the result of the calculation. You may optionally consent to receiving a business offer.
When a form is submitted, the server may briefly process your IP address to prevent abuse (limiting the number of submissions). Records derived from the IP address are automatically deleted within 24 hours at the latest.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Handling your inquiry, question or demo booking and preparing an offer: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract, taken at your request).
- Sending a business offer after using the ROI calculator: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent). The consent is valid for a maximum of 12 months and can be withdrawn at any time by emailing [email protected].
- Protecting the website against abuse (limiting form submissions): Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (the controller's legitimate interest in securing the service).
4. Recipients and processors
We share personal data only with the processors the website cannot operate without:
- ZeptoMail (Zoho Corporation), transactional email delivery, EU data center (api.zeptomail.eu).
- Cloudflare, Inc., website hosting and server infrastructure (Cloudflare Pages, Functions and KV storage).
We do not sell your data or share it with advertising networks. Transfers to countries outside the EU/EEA occur only to the extent the above processors provide their services, based on standard contractual clauses and appropriate safeguards under Chapter V GDPR.
5. Retention
The website has no customer database. Form data exists only as a delivered email in the controller's sales mailbox and is kept for the duration of the negotiation, at most 24 months from the last communication unless a contract is concluded.
- Submission rate-limit records (derived from the IP address): at most 24 hours.
- Email address processed under marketing consent: at most 12 months from giving consent.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access your personal data,
- have inaccurate data rectified,
- erasure ("right to be forgotten"),
- restriction of processing,
- data portability,
- object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
To exercise your rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within one month. If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, uoou.gov.cz.
